Monterey
Flat roman shade without battens. Perfect when you need an uncomplicated shade or wish to use a fabric pattern that should not be interrupted. It is unstructured, has no horizontal seams or stitching and there are no rods or battens across the width of the shade. When lowered, it is completely flat; however, it rises in a loose, relaxed fashion and forms a slight scallop. It works well with most fabrics. The Monterey comes lined but may be unlined; blackout lining makes for a stiffer shade. Rings are sewn vertically and horizontally approximately every 6” – 8”. Outside mount is recommended as shades have a tendency to hourglass. To use as a top treatment, order 36” height then adjust and tie off as needed.
